- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Did a major renovation with this builder, it took twice as long as it was supposed to, brick work was so bad the first time around it had to be re-done. Had numerous non-compliance a to building standards and the drawing specifications. Have been trying to get him back since June to fix up grouting in the bathrooms that is cracking up already but so far no luck. Had to go to Dept of Fair Trading and now have a Rectification Order but still havent heard from him! Do yourself a favour and give this builder a wide berth!By Mark_X, September 18, 2017
